Job Description

Our client located in the Perimeter area is looking to hire a Bookkeeper. Duties will include the following:
  • Process all checks and deposits for the agency accurately and in a timely manner
  • Cash Flow and Expense Management.
  • Enter Income and Cash Disbursements
  • Generate Checks
  • Reconcile Account (if not a signor on the account)
  • Track and Maintain Occupancy Program
  • Track and Maintain Agent charges.
  • Administer Allowance activity and generate 1099s at year end

Results expected

  • Timely and accurate administration of accounting functions to include accounts payable and receivable, payroll, debt, occupancy and service programs
  • Timely completion of the reconciliations
  • Bank deposits are made in a timely and accurate manner


  • Strong Accounting background
  • Minimum 2 year College Degree
  • Attention to detail
  • Acts with integrity
  • MS Office Suite with EXCEL and strongly prefer experience with SAGE
Base salary 40's to 50's plus Benefits
