Bookkeeper
Job Description
Our client located in Arlington Height is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper with Quickbooks experience.
The position will work very closely with the Accounting Manager and handle multiple sets of books.
- Process a high volume of accounts payable and credit card charges in QuickBooks
- Processing and paying invoices in a timely manner
- Bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
- Reconcile health insurance bills
- Process and record remote deposits
- Process patient credit card payments
- Business license renewals
- Perform data entry with high level of accuracy
- Display strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting files
- Scan, file, store, and manage records of information
- Serve as backup for payroll and human resources
- Various other projects as assigned by manager
