Bookkeeper Quickbooks and Excel

Job Description

Our client located in Greater Chicago Area is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper with Quickbooks experience.
The position will work very closely with the Accounting Manager and handle multiple sets of books.

  • Certified Pro Advisor (QuickBooks)
  • Expert level Excel
  • Processing and paying invoices in a timely manner
  • Bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
  • Reconcile health insurance bills
  • Perform data entry with high level of accuracy
  • Display strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting files
  • Scan, file, store, and manage records of information
  • Serve as backup for payroll and human resources
  • Various other projects as assigned by manager
Degree preferred
