Our client is looking to hire a full time Bookkeeper located in the Greater Chicago area.

  • Process a high volume of accounts payable and credit card charges in QuickBooks
  • Serve as backup for payroll and human resources
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Bank and Credit Card reconcilliations
  • Process and pay invoices in a timely manner
  • Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Business license renewals
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Various other projects as assigned
