Bookkeeper - QuickBooks

Our growing client has an immediate need for a Bookkeeper with QuickBooks experience.

Responsibilities:
Financial statement and financial processing accuracy
• Ensure accuracy of monthly financial statements
• Maintain general ledger
• Enter payables and receivables
• Monitor banking transactions and reconcile monthly back statement
• Oversee payroll and produce all payroll reporting
• Complete and file all tax reporting for the company
• Complete and file workers comp

Requirements:
• 5 years’ accounting experience
• Proven knowledge of General Accounting Principles
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Software.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to meet competing deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
