Bookkeeper - Construction

Our client has a need for a Bookkeeper with construction industry experience to include, Job costing.

• Prepare monthly Job Cost Analysis reports to ensure all costs have posted to projects accurately
• Responsible for cash management, collections, accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Responsible for budgeting, expense reporting
• Responsible for subcontractor, AIA billing
• Maintain contracts, certificates of insurance, change orders, insurance claims and deductions

• Three or more years of experience preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks or construction costing software a plus
