Bookkeeper - Construction

Our client, a growing construction company in the Charlotte area has an immediate need for a Bookkeeper with construction experience.

Duties:
• Processing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, AIA billing,
• Process Payroll
• Job costing
• Preform monthly bank reconciliation’s
• Manage Lien waivers and COI’s
• Responsible for benefits administration and onboarding new hires.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

• 5 or more year’s construction accounting experience required.
• QuickBooks experience or Construction software (Viewpoint, Timberline, Foundation) a plus
• Benefits administration a plus
