Book Keeper

Family owned commercial real estate firm is looking for a full charge bookkeeper or property accountant with commercial real estate background. Full cycle plus CAMS as they are not a 3rd party. This is an in office position and you will enjoy 100% paid medical/dental plus other benefits. Sage 300 currently moving to Yardi so either one is preferable. Great communicator reporting directly to the owner. No payroll experience necessary. Office is located near UW Campus and the have on-site parking or bus stop is a block away. Firm is well establish so it could be a home for you.

Here’s the successful skill set for this opportunity.

Qualifications:

• Sage 300 or Yardi with 5 years commercial real estate experience
• Full cycle accounting with financial going to ownership and financial institutions
• Great communicator
• CAMS
