Linke Resources is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst for a provider of services to children with autism in Gilbert, Arizona.

The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized ABA-based programs for clients. This role involves collaborating with operations and clinical teams to ensure quality care, supervision, and effective implementation of treatment plans. The BCBA will model organizational culture through daily interactions across clinic, school, home, and community settings, while also providing training to clinical staff to ensure consistent treatment across all client environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client intake assessments inclusive of FBAs and curricular assessments and assist in the onboarding of new clients.
  • Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, making regular program modifications.
  • Create treatment protocols and behavior support plans.
  • Supervise assigned clients and clinical team members, including assistant supervisors/BCaBAs and RBTs, through direct oversight, training mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Communicate and collaborate regularly with parents, including delivering training to ensure treatment fidelity and skill generalization across environments.
  • Meet regularly with the Clinical Director to review treatment plans, discuss case conceptualization, and problem solve any barriers to client progress.
  • Ensure compliance with medical record documentation protocols and organizational procedures.
  • Provide supervision and oversight to clinicians pursuing certification.
Qualifications:
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field.
  • BCBA certification and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
  • At least two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) within the field of ABA.
  • Experience training staff in behavioral principles and procedures.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable transportation that is insured in the state of AZ.
