Continuous Improvement Lead (Six Sigma Black Belt)

We are seeking a results-driven Six Sigma Black Belt to lead global continuous improvement initiatives within a complex manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact role focused on driving measurable business results through structured problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and process standardization across key functions including planning, customer service, logistics, and inventory management.

This position offers the opportunity to influence operations at a global level, partnering with teams across North America and Europe to deliver sustainable improvements and build a culture of operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end DMAIC projects targeting process efficiency, cost reduction, and service level improvements
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and process workshops across global teams
• Identify variation, waste, and inefficiencies using data analysis and statistical tools
• Define, track, and improve KPIs tied to operational performance and customer outcomes
• Drive standardization and governance of core business processes while allowing for regional flexibility
• Partner with IT to implement digital and automation solutions that enhance process capability
• Coach and mentor stakeholders on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, building internal CI capability
• Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption and sustainability of improvements

You’ll collaborate with international stakeholders and senior leadership, playing a key role in shaping the organization’s operational strategy.

What You Bring

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (required) with at least 3 years of experience with implementing CI projects as a Black Belt
• 8+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment (required)
• Proven success delivering results through DMAIC, Kaizen, and Lean methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and statistical tools to drive decisions
• Experience in planning, customer service, logistics, and/or inventory processes
• Ability to influence and lead across cross-functional and global teams
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and process integration
• Experience with digital transformation, automation, or AI tools is an asset
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Project management experience is a plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Travel

• Approximately 30–45 days per year (North America and Europe). You will attend training in Europe for approximately one month when you join the team.
