About Our Client

Our client, a leader in importing and distribution industry, is looking for a Billing Coordinator to join their team on a permanent full time basis!


  • Preparing and reviewing billings
  • Analyze and process adjustments to pay and bill rates using an internal system
  • Acting as the liaison between our clients billing clerks and and our back office teams
  • Working with internal billing and invoicing team
Working Hours:
  • Sunday to Thursday 7:00am – 3:00pm


  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate-to-advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills required on turn times that fluctuate daily
  • Team player that is willing to jump in wherever needed
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the appraisal process and regulations associated is preferred
