Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
$42,000-$48,000
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, client experience driven, fast-paced team player who is able to perform these duties:
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Answering and forwarding calls and emails
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and deliveries
- Managing lobby and meeting rooms
- Performing various administrative and general office duties
Qualifications
- Customer Service– ability to make clients and visitors feel welcome when they visit our office; must be attentive and proactive in meeting the needs of guests and team members; professional attire and attitude are required. Fluency in both French and English is a must – only bilingual candidates will be considered.
- Organizational Skills– ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Interpersonal Skills– excellent communication skills; able to easily interact with clients and visitors in a friendly, professional, accommodating, and positive manner.
- Technology Skills– capacity to work with various phone and computer systems.
Education and Training
- High school diploma is required.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field is considered an asset.
