Law Clerk – Litigation
Location: Ottawa
Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Law Clerk to join their Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. This role offers the opportunity to work exclusively in civil litigation within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team on various civil litigation matters

  • Respond to client needs promptly and professionally

  • Draft, format, and manage legal documents using software such as Outlook, Word, Korbitek, and others

  • Assist with case management, research, and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field

  • Bilingual in French and English (essential)

  • Strong time-management and organizational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Capable of managing a busy workload while multitasking effectively
