GRC Executive is conducting a search on behalf of a rapidly growing, mission-driven insurance provider based in Puerto Rico. This innovative company is reshaping access to auto insurance by delivering transparent, inclusive, and mobile-first solutions for the Spanish-speaking market.
We are seeking a Bilingual Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, located in Puerto Rico, to help scale customer acquisition efforts through personalized outreach and high-conversion sales strategies. About the Role:
This role is ideal for a persuasive communicator and driven closer who thrives in high-energy environments. You'll be responsible for converting qualified leads into customers via phone, SMS, and email. As a brand ambassador, your ability to educate, build trust, and close business will directly influence the company’s growth and reputation.
You will report directly to the Customer Success Director and work closely with a highly collaborative team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive outbound sales via calls, SMS, and emails to engage prospects and close deals.

Educate customers on auto insurance options, offering clear, personalized guidance.

Apply proven sales techniques to address pricing, coverage needs, and timing.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

Maintain accurate CRM documentation of interactions and progress.
-
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and adherence to company procedures.

Contribute proactively to internal feedback loops and service improvements.
Required Qualifications:

Must be based in Puerto Rico (required).

1+ years of phone-based sales experience (insurance or financial services strongly preferred).
-
Active Property & Casualty License (required).
-
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
-
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
-
Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented.

Proficient with sales technology including CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), dialers, and messaging tools.
