Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare Federal and multi-state tax returns for diverse entities such as C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, high-net-worth individuals, and trusts.
- Manage complex accounting and tax issues effectively.
- Perform both basic and complex tax research to support client needs and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and strengthen ongoing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and service excellence.
- Identify opportunities for tax planning and consulting to add value to client engagements.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to the firm’s growth by sharing expertise and insights.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Business Administration.
- At least 2 years of tax experience, primarily in a public accounting setting.
- Japanese language fluency is essential.
- Ability to interpret complex tax documents and regulatory materials.
- Authorized to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.

- CPA license or active progress towards obtaining a CPA license.
- Strong analytical skills to solve complex tax issues.
