Bilingual Japanese International Tax Senior

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Federal and multi-state tax returns for diverse entities such as C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, high-net-worth individuals, and trusts.
  • Manage complex accounting and tax issues effectively.
  • Perform both basic and complex tax research to support client needs and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and strengthen ongoing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for tax planning and consulting to add value to client engagements.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to the firm’s growth by sharing expertise and insights.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years of tax experience, primarily in a public accounting setting.
  • Japanese language fluency is essential.
  • Ability to interpret complex tax documents and regulatory materials.
  • Authorized to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.

  • CPA license or active progress towards obtaining a CPA license.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex tax issues.
