Who:
We are seeking a Senior Audit Associate with 3–5 years of public accounting experience and fluent German/English communication skills.

Position Overview:
The Bilingual (German/English) Senior Audit Associate will lead audit engagements for U.S.-inbound international businesses, support team development, and ensure high-quality deliverables for clients in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise audit engagements across various industries.

Develop and execute audit programs, including setting objectives, identifying risks, evaluating controls, and designing test procedures.

Perform technical accounting research on diverse topics.

Provide timely, high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations.

Communicate proactively to manage timelines and ensure client satisfaction.

Prepare clear and concise workpapers and documentation.

Mentor and train staff while supporting their professional development.

Delegate effectively and oversee team performance by setting goals and removing barriers.

Collaborate with partners and senior managers on proposals and business development efforts.

Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to junior team members.
Qualifications:

Native or fluent proficiency in German.

3–5 years of public accounting experience.

BA/BS in Accounting or Master’s in Accounting/Taxation.

Strong teamwork, leadership, and professional integrity.

Excellent English research, writing, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

CPA license or similar certification.

Experience in manufacturing and distribution.

ProSystem fx Engagement experience.

CCH Axcess experience.
