Our client in Etobicoke is looking to hire a Bilingual (French & English) Tier 1 Technical Analyst or IT Support Specialist to work on tickets and resolve issues.
- Take care of any on-boarding including preparing Windows bases laptops, desktop PCs and imaging.
- Troubleshoot level 1 issues in French & English within internal organization including email issues, Windows Operating System issues, hardware issues and software issues
- Install and maintain computer equipment and peripheral hardware and software.
- Document tickets in a detailed manner and escalate unresolved issue to expert teams
- Document solutions for knowledge-base and bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the Support team.
- Provide excellent customer service
