I. Job Description Summary

Implements and maintains Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Customizes and configures workflows to enable system integration. Tests ERP functions to ensure systems meet customer business and functional requirements. Manages ERP projects as a local project lead.

This role requires bilingual fluency to support primarily Japanese clients in the United States.

II. Job Responsibilities and Duties
Essential Functions

・Identify ERP business system requirements by consulting with clients, analyzing workflows and operations, establishing solution objectives, and preparing specifications
・Implement and support ERP systems (Dynamics 365 [Business Central/Finance and Operations], AX, NAV, or GP) for new and existing customers, including system design, configuration, testing, data migration, user acceptance testing, and go-live support
・Gather requirements for the development of custom applications to integrate with existing systems
・Follow internal project guidelines and implementation methodologies, ensuring all required deliverables and documentation are completed
・Drive additional ERP consulting opportunities within the existing customer base
・Manage ERP projects, including coordination with internal teams and external vendors as a project lead
・Support pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations and proposal preparation
・Communicate effectively with key client stakeholders in both English and Japanese
・Plan and execute tasks based on experience and sound judgment
・Demonstrate creativity and problem-solving ability in project execution
・Work under general supervision and report to project leadership or department management
・Continuously learn new technologies and perform additional duties as needed
・Participate in mandatory training programs
・Travel frequently to client sites across Texas and other U.S. regions as required

III. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum Qualifications

・Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
・2+ years of experience with ERP systems or related technologies
・Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in ERP implementation
・Strong customer service and client-facing skills
・Professional attitude, conduct, and presentation
・Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
・Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
・Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills
・Business-level English proficiency
・Native or business-level Japanese proficiency

・Experience influencing process improvements and organizational decisions
・Ability to support management in planning and strategy initiatives
