Bilingual Contact Centre Representative (Inbound)

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Position Overview


Asset Management Client Services is a call centre that offers support to external Investment Advisors, Financial Planners and Insurance Agents who sell Mutual Funds and supports existing Guaranteed Investment Funds products. Our team endeavors to exceed Advisors expectations in all areas from product information to problem resolution and works very closely with the National Sales team composed of a dedicated team of professionals, including Regional Vice Presidents, Business Development Managers and Business Development Associates.

Work hours: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (flexible shifts). Assigned shifts (8-4, 10 -6, 12 -8), no switching shifts

What you will bring to this role:

MUST HAVE:
- Fully bilingual in FRENCH and ENGLISH

- Oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Comfortable in a multi-task environment, managing multiple competing priorities
- Superior listening skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated confidence in decision making ability
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and other Windows based PC applications - intermediate level

NICE TO HAVE:
- Mutual funds experience
- Minimum 1-2 years client service and/or industry related experience
- Call Centre experience
