Compensation
$90,000 – $100,000 base salary, with additional compensation opportunities available through clinical leadership responsibilities, mentorship and supervision of developing clinicians, program development initiatives, and organizational support roles.
Additional compensation opportunities may include:

Total compensation potential may exceed $110,000+ annually depending on leadership involvement, supervision responsibilities, clinical expertise, and contribution to organizational growth and quality initiatives.

Schedule
Flexible Hybrid Schedule - Mix of Morning, Afternoon, and Evening Cases (Majority Afternoon/After-School Hours)
Position Summary
The BCBA Clinical Lead will oversee clinical programming, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs and trainees, mentor developing clinicians, and collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Many supervision sessions occur within our center environment through structured group supervision opportunities, reducing excessive travel demands commonly associated with traditional home-based ABA models.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments, skills evaluations, and functional assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and clinical mentorship to RBTs and ABA staff
- Support and mentor aspiring BCaBAs and future BCBAs pursuing certification
- Conduct culturally responsive parent and caregiver training in both English and Spanish
- Analyze clinical data and adjust programming based on client progress
- Ensure ethical and high-quality ABA service delivery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educational providers when appropriate
- Participate in program development, quality improvement initiatives, and staff development
- Help foster a positive mentorship and learning culture within the organization
- Support the continued organization and optimization of clinical documentation and workflow systems within CentralReach as the organization continues strengthening operational infrastructure

Most cases are located within approximately 25–30 minutes of the center, with many clients participating in center-supported supervision sessions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active Maryland licensure required
- Minimum 3–5 years of BCBA experience preferred
- Experience supervising RBTs and/or mentoring clinicians strongly preferred
- Prior experience with school-aged learners and family collaboration preferred
- Fluent bilingual Spanish/English communication skills required due to the clinical and family communication needs of the populations served
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
- Passion for mentorship, ethical practice, and collaborative care
