We are actively seeking a Beverage Director to express their unique touch on a premiere steak house in Las Vegas, Nevada. Surrounded by the nightlife on the Vegas Strip and well-known for its grandiose history, this location offers extensive variety while serving the highest quality steaks and top-notch wines, and is always sure to deliver a good time. This position is a great opportunity for an individual to actively engage in the finest culinary pairings while cultivating a strong beverage program.


COMPENSATION:
Base Salary $90,000 - $110,000, performance-based bonus, benefits package includes a monthly stipend, relocation assistance and more!


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sommelier Certification Required
  • Advanced of Master Sommelier preferred
  • $8M - $10M F&B annual restaurant volume experience
  • Proven track record of effectively managing wine inventory
  • Strong guest service interaction
  • Ability to educate and communicate wine knowledge with the service team
