Raveb Rudge Group has partnered with a growing organization, located in Southern, NH in their search for a Benefits Manager. This is a full-time hybrid position offering 100-130K+ DOE.

Basic Function: Manages staff of 5+ and oversee all aspects of benefit program, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, etc. Plans, develops, implements new and revised benefit programs while maintaining all existing programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring a competitive benefit program and supporting the strategic goals of the organization. Assures benefit programs are consistently administered in compliance with organization policies and government regulations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

2. 5+ years’ experience in Benefits Management with staff supervison. CEBS or CBP designation preferred.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and relational/HRIS systems

4. Strong business acumen, solid organization and multi-tasking skills, excellent analytical and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required.

5. Excellent technical skills in benefits and HR systems required. Strong working knowledge of benefits legislation and practical knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

6. Self-starter with excellent mentoring and coaching skills
