Position Description:

Under general supervision of the Benefits Coordination Manager, assumes primary responsibility for the Billing Program benefits coordination including all enrollment and program reporting.

Responsibilities:
- AHCCS Enrollment
- Community Outreach, Program Education and Communication
- Reporting and Administrative

Skills Required:
- Knowledge of AHCCS benefits eligibility requirements and enrollment procedures

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Above-average interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Typing speed of 35-45 wpm

Experience and Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.)
- Two (2) years healthcare industry benefits administration experience preferred but not required.
