Behavioral Technician (BT) - $20/hour
Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Scottsdale, AZ

Join our mission of partnering with families to build a strong foundation for their children with an autism
diagnosis in early childhood and beyond using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Make an impact on
children with autism with our play-based approach in an environment that can lead to the most significant
change: in their own home providing 1:1 therapy.

Full Time: 8:00 AM-5:30 PM
Part Time: 8:00AM-1:00 PM or 12:00 PM-5:30 PM

Responsibilities

● What does a stellar candidate look like?
-Mary Poppins vibe, agility like Spiderman, and a
passion for children with ASD. Must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, have a valid State
Driver's License, reliable vehicle, Fingerprint Clearance Card.

● Who can apply?
-Individuals experienced supporting young children or those already certified as
Registered Behavior Technicians. Hands-on experience supporting children with communication
or behavioral needs is preferred.

● When do I need to be available?
-Consistently available for a Monday through Friday schedule
for both FTE and PTE role within the following hours: FTE: 8:00 AM-5:30 PM PTE: Either 8:00
AM-1:00 PM or 12:00 PM-5:30 PM

● What does growth look like for me?
-Level up five times in this role, become a Lead Registered
Behavior Technician (RBT) or a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or join one of our
support teams.

● Are there physical requirements for this position?
-Yes, which include but are not limited to
lifting at least 50 pounds, playing on the floor, running, finger dexterity, climbing, and standing for
long periods. Perhaps you’ll be jumping on a trampoline, dancing, or mastering the art of being an
acrobatic all-star (you never know what your day will bring). You must have the ability to work in
the client's home where everyday allergens could be present.

● Our interview process includes
-1st Interview via Google Meet with a member of our Talent Acquisition team within 2
business days*
-2nd Interview and possible offer call within 24hrs of 1st interview*
-The overall timeline from application to offer could be less than a week depending on
availability!

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Children ages 6 and under
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have Fingerprint Clearance Card
