Our client is a 5* chain hotel with 200+ Rooms and multiple F&B outlets.
This role will be reporting directly to Director of Food & Beverage.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Hotel school background
• Experience in a similar position in 5* hotel
• Previous #1 experience not a must, also a current #2 would be considered
• Good knowledge of Food & Beverage
• Well experienced in cost control, and par stock management
• Strong in managing the operations
• Used to manage big banquet operation
• Steady previous employment record
• Willing to learn, eye for details
• Fluent in English both written & spoken
• Pleasant personality
• Friendly with a positive attitude, enthusiastic
• Smart, charming, well-groomed, healthy
• Hard-working and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong leadership skills and result oriented
• Well organized, energetic, hands-on and able to work independently
• Team player with good communication skills
• Computer literate
