Support expert for Bamboo Rose (supply chain management)
Some responsibilities, but not limited to:

Someone who can train and be there to train, and help employees navigate the programs.

Experience on BR working in an IT/Admin capacity as well as knowledge of the retail supply chain, sourcing and PLM.

SME needs to gain a complete understanding of how the business process is executed within BR.
The contact for all user support issues and would be the key point of contact for BR.
SME would be responsible for onboarding and training all users in BR.
SME would also be responsible for maintaining all support data and process flow queries.
Work directly with business teams to identify gaps in functionality or new business needs.

Lots of growth, very visible role.
