• The ideal candidate brings 7–12 years of experience in business development, particularly in the in-licensing of innovative products
• They will be highly autonomous, possess excellent negotiation skills—ideally with a strong track record in innovative deal-making—and be a collaborative team player with a hands-on approach.
• Experience working with innovative products is essential.
• The position reports directly to the Head of Business Development.
• The role is based in Europe, working remotely with availability to travel to HQ
• Fluency in English is required.
