Business Analysts WITH EPICOR EXPERIENCE needed for 100% remote positions.

We helping build a strong team of skilled consultants by identifying talented individuals for a growing EPICOR Systems Integration practice

Contract to Hire as they scale.


Intermediate Business Analysts with some skills in EPICOR P21 or KINETIC (ideally 2+ years, but will consider growth candidates)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, work with developers, and test customizations and enhancements within Epicor Prophet 21.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Perform business analysis, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems effectively.
• Ensure successful integrations with other systems and third-party applications.
• Maintain documentation, training materials, and support user adoption.
• Stay current with EPICOR best practices, updates, and new technologies.
• Any understanding/ ability to read C#, .NET, and SQL Server a +
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong understanding of EPICOR module interconnectivity
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to build upon legacy ERP knowledge and apply that knowledge to EPICOR.
• YOU MUST HAVE some on the job EPICOR or training to qualify.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with distribution and manufacturing business processes
• Knowledge of API integrations and third-party software applications
• Familiarity with user interface (UI) design and development

You will work in a mentoring environment with a more senior expert to build your skills faster.
