About the Role:
THE Agency is currently recruiting for a BAS Project Sales Representative position on behalf of a leading provider in the commercial HVAC and building automation space. This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role with strong growth potential. The ideal candidate has a background in Building Automation Systems (BAS) or HVAC controls, and excels at building relationships and delivering customized solutions.

With a strong presence in the Denver metro area and beyond, they are known for their collaborative culture, commitment to service excellence, and long-standing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of BAS solutions, service agreements, system upgrades, and client services.

  • Work closely with existing customers (75% of prospecting) while identifying and developing new opportunities.

  • Deliver consultative sales presentations based on customer needs, system analysis, and technical knowledge.

  • Develop relationships with decision-makers including property managers, engineers, and executives.

  • Prepare pricing proposals, contracts, and service recommendations aligned with customer goals.

  • Collaborate with internal project and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and execution success.

  • Maintain pipeline activity and produce accurate sales forecasts.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC controls, or Energy Services.

  • Strong understanding of BAS technologies, sequences of operation, and commercial building systems.

  • Proven ability to manage accounts and navigate complex sales cycles.

  • Comfortable translating technical solutions into business benefits for a range of stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base Salary: $90,000

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000–$200,000+ (Base + Commission)
