Role Title: Independent B2B Sales Representative – Merchant Services (Commission-Based)
Client: Representing a Client of GRC Executive
Location: Puerto Rico (Remote Work Local Travel Required)
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (Uncapped Earning Potential)
Additional Support: Partial Reimbursement for Mileage and Fuel Costs


About the Role

GRC Executive is currently seeking motivated Independent B2B Sales Representatives on behalf of a rapidly growing merchant services provider operating across Puerto Rico. This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals seeking the flexibility of independent contract work while representing a compelling, cost-saving merchant solution designed specifically for local business owners.

You’ll work independently, managing your own schedule and pipeline while receiving sales support, tools, and partial expense reimbursement from a trusted industry partner.

  • Independently prospect, contact, and engage with local businesses throughout Puerto Rico

  • Present and sell exclusive merchant service solutions that offer real savings on transaction fees and daily operations

  • Conduct tailored, value-driven sales presentations and demos

  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline and follow-up strategies

  • Cultivate lasting client relationships to drive retention and long-term value

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, especially within merchant services, financial technology, or payment processing

  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently

  • Understanding of the Puerto Rican business landscape

  • Effective communication and persuasive presentation skills

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) capabilities are a strong plus
