🚨 Now Hiring: B2B Sales Consultant – North Region, Puerto Rico 🚨

On behalf of our client, GRC Executive is recruiting a dynamic B2B Sales Consultant to drive growth for a leading commercial cleaning and disinfecting franchise system in Puerto Rico. This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on building lasting client relationships and selling recurring service contracts across the North Region of the island.

📍 Territory Coverage

San Juan West, Bayamón, Guaynabo, Arecibo, Cataño, Barceloneta, Dorado, Florida, Hatillo, Manatí, Toa Alta, Toa Baja, Vega Alta, Vega Baja, and nearby areas.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new commercial accounts through field prospecting and lead generation

  • Conduct facility walkthroughs and assess cleaning needs

  • Present a unique and proven cleaning system tailored to client needs

  • Prepare and deliver customized service proposals

  • Maintain and manage pipeline activity through CRM tools

  • Close long-term service agreements within your assigned territory


💰 Compensation & Perks

  • Base Salary: $36,000 annually

  • Activity Bonus: Up to $6,000 annually

  • Transportation Allowance: $10,800 annually

  • Uncapped Commission: 15%–40% of monthly contract billing volume

  • Guaranteed Compensation: $52,800 annually

  • Total Earnings: Significantly higher based on performance

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven success in B2B sales, particularly service-based contracts

  • Strong skills in canvassing, prospecting, presenting, and closing

  • Comfortable with face-to-face sales and in-person prospecting

  • Experience with CRM platforms (5+ years preferred)

  • Prior experience in the commercial cleaning industry is a plus

  • Fluent in English

  • Based in Puerto Rico and willing to travel within the region
