B2B List Sales Manager in IL

Our client is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead revenue growth by developing and managing strategic relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients. This role is responsible for driving new business acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and leading a consultative sales process focused on our data, identity, audience targeting, and marketing solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong business development skills with experience selling data-driven marketing, martech, adtech, or analytics solutions into complex B2B environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business sales across enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers including CMOs, Heads of Marketing, CRM leaders, and data/analytics executives
  • Manage the full sales cycle
  • Partner with internal teams including product, analytics, marketing, and client services to develop customized client solutions
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in:
    • data solutions
    • digital advertising
    • martech / adtech
    • customer intelligence
    • SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data and marketing solutions clearly
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills
