We are looking for an Azure Data Engineer to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines on the Azure platform
• Implement data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and other tools
• Optimize and manage data storage solutions in Azure SQL, Data Lake, or Cosmos DB
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to support data analytics and reporting needs
• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance best practices are followed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions
• Monitor data performance and troubleshoot issues to improve efficiency

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on Azure technologies
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, and related tools
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data modeling principles
• Experience with Python, SQL, or other data scripting languages
• Familiarity with cloud security and data governance best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
