Availability Specialist
  • Meet the Management Plan $ sales, unit sales and profit objectives
  • Manage the planning of physical distribution of company products to meet company and customer requirements. This includes inventory planning & control, product availability. Markets include US and Canada
  • Manage with Sector the production volumes designated to the US Market, both for Original Equipment and Replacement channel
  • Discuss with the Producers the mix to be produced and shipped to the US Market
  • Manage the stock balancing between the warehouses.
  • Meet KPI’s on inventory levels and customer fill rates
  • Manage relationships and information availability with sales, customers, supply-producing countries and Sector Logistics
  • Supply the data’s about the stock, in transit, back order recovery plan, production for the financial forecasts
  • Optimize Rome MIRS production requirement and allocation process with inputs from Sales, Manufacturing and Sector Logistics
  • Manage the export. MIRS production, overstock, overage
  • Logistics experience
  • Analytical
  • College degree preferred in logistics, business, engineering or supply-chain management
  • Strong MS office skills
  • 25%-50% Travel
