- Meet the Management Plan $ sales, unit sales and profit objectives
- Manage the planning of physical distribution of company products to meet company and customer requirements. This includes inventory planning & control, product availability. Markets include US and Canada
- Manage with Sector the production volumes designated to the US Market, both for Original Equipment and Replacement channel
- Discuss with the Producers the mix to be produced and shipped to the US Market
- Manage the stock balancing between the warehouses.
- Meet KPI’s on inventory levels and customer fill rates
- Manage relationships and information availability with sales, customers, supply-producing countries and Sector Logistics
- Supply the data’s about the stock, in transit, back order recovery plan, production for the financial forecasts
- Optimize Rome MIRS production requirement and allocation process with inputs from Sales, Manufacturing and Sector Logistics
- Manage the export. MIRS production, overstock, overage
- Logistics experience
- Analytical
- College degree preferred in logistics, business, engineering or supply-chain management
- Strong MS office skills
- 25%-50% Travel
