Experienced Automotive Sales Manager / Finance Manager needed in Belknap County, NH. The successful candidate is a Sales Manager who can help lead the sales team, work the desk, and back up up F&I. Moreover, the dealer is looking for a Sales Manager that brings a positive attitude to work each day and is a great example and mentor to the sales floor. Beautiful facility and reputable dealership. Likewise, this is a progressive dealership with modern technologies and is on top of modern ways of doing business. Room to grow with the store. 5 day work week.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the sales process by effectively managing salespeople while maximizing volume, profit, and the customer experience
- Work the desk, structure deals
- Close and TO deals
- Help with F&I overflow
- Collaborate with salespeople to determine the best vehicle selection to satisfy customers' needs and wants
- Help manage daily activity & training of the sales staff
- Ensure sales people are engaging with customers
- Ensure sales goals are attained
- Address and resolve customer concerns
- Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
- Overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Other duties as required
Compensation:
- Compensation in the $120,000-$140,000 range based on experience and performance.
