Role Overview: In this role, you will be a key player on our team, collaborating closely with our sales department. Reporting to the Finance Director and General Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to set and achieve goals, guide customers through the finance process, and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve presenting financing options and providing expert advice on manufacturer warranties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team and report to the Finance Director and General Sales Manager
• Consult with leadership to establish and meet goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Guide customers through the financing process while ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• Present and explain financing options to our valued guests
• Utilize your financial expertise to provide guidance on complex manufacturer warranties
• Foster relationships with indirect lenders to support our financing efforts

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in financial management or other relevant sales roles
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and mentor team members to ensure sound financial practices
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on federal, state, and local automotive financing laws and regulations

• Monday to Friday (Weekend availability may be required)

Supplemental Pay:
