Position: Automotive BDC Manager
Location: Catskills, NY
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 with room for growth

Job Description:
A small but growing new car dealership in the Catskills market is seeking a BDC Manager to run their BDC Department. The BDC Manager will be responsible for handling all incoming internet leads and managing customer satisfaction follow-ups. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales team by distributing leads efficiently and ensuring a high level of customer engagement.

The dealership averages about 50 units a month and is continuing to grow. In addition to digital inquiries, the store runs direct mail campaigns every other month, creating regular spikes in inbound traffic. 5 day work week, with Sunday off and 1 day off during the week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all inbound internet and phone leads through VinSolutions CRM
  • Distribute leads promptly to sales team members and track engagement
  • Conduct follow-up on unsold leads and customer satisfaction surveys
  • Monitor lead response times and lead quality
  • Maintain and update lead tracking reports
  • Support monthly direct mail campaigns and manage resulting inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an automotive BDC or internet sales environment
  • Strong knowledge of VinSolutions or similar CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on follow-up and process

Compensation / Benefits:

  • Compensation range will be in the $60,000 - $70,000 range based on experience.
  • Benefits package will be provided
