Senior Audit Manager (Partner Track) - Middle Market Clients

Job Overview: Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Audit Manager to join their team on the partner track. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of recent, hands-on commercial audit experience, with a strong background in sectors such as franchisee operations, construction, logistics, and manufacturing. This role offers the opportunity to work with middle market clients and play a key role in the growth and success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements for middle market clients, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and value.

  • Supervise and mentor audit staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop audit plans that address key risks and opportunities.

  • Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and business processes to identify areas for improvement.

  • Provide insightful recommendations to clients for enhancing financial reporting, operational efficiency, and internal controls.

  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing.

  • Collaborate with other partners and senior managers to drive business development and firm growth initiatives.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all client interactions and engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of recent, hands-on commercial audit experience.

  • Strong background in auditing sectors such as franchisee operations, construction, logistics, and manufacturing.

  • Experience with the PPC audit methodology is highly desirable.

  • CPA certification required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service and building long-term client relationships.

  • Experience with a mid-size firm is preferred.
