Position Overview:
Lead audit engagements for a respected accounting firm, mentor junior staff, and support clients across various industries, including optional specialization in governmental and not-for-profit audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and review audit engagements from planning to completion

  • Supervise and mentor audit staff and seniors

  • Manage client relationships and provide strategic guidance

  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards and deadlines

  • Contribute to business development and firm growth initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting

  • CPA certification required

  • 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm; prior supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results

  • Experience in governmental/not-for-profit auditing is a plus
