Our client, a leading Mid-Market CPA firm, has an immediate need for an experienced Audit Manager at their office located on the north side of metro Atlanta. Position details as follows:

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out client engagements from beginning to end
• Ability to supervise, train, guide and manage team members on the audit process
• Work with team to proactively identify and resolve client issues and concerns
• Communicate with senior management of opportunities and solutions to increase efficiency of clients’ business and processes
• Analyze financial statements and recognize critical changes to clients’ performance
• Maintain and enhance positive relationships with clients
• Understanding of clients’ business and processes to effectively complete engagements
• Committed to providing exceptional client service
• Committed to helping the firm develop new business

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of public accounting with in-charge auditing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant
• Understanding of technical auditing and accounting skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and client service skills
• Excellent project management, organizational, analytical and computer skills
• Experience serving a variety of industries
• Ability and willingness to travel
