JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Auction Bidder. Auction Bidders represent a third party at county property auctions. Working from a provided bidding script and live instructions, the Bidder executes bids precisely and documents results. This role requires professionalism, composure in public settings, clear communication, and strict adherence to procedure.

Responsibilities of a Auction Bidder includes:

• Attend county auction on the assigned date and time; follow venue procedures.

• Execute bids according to provided script and real-time guidance.

• Record outcomes accurately: winning bids, prices, lot numbers/parcel IDs, paperwork.

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with all county regulations.

Job Requirements of an Auction Bidder:

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions exactly.

• Clear, timely communicator via phone/text during live events.

• Professional demeanor in courthouse/public setting.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned counties.

• Punctual and dependable; auctions run on fixed schedules.
  
  

REQUIRED Experience and Education:

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

• Experience in roles requiring strict protocol (banking, courier, legal, compliance, notary, elections).

• Familiarity with property auctions or real estate terminology is a plus.

• Comfortable handling/documenting high-value instruments under supervision.
  
  

Licenses: Valid SC driver’s license

General Requirements: Clear oral and written communication skills.
