Foreclosure Defense Attorney
Pay: $105,000 per year
A busy Broward County Consumer Rights Law Firm is hiring an Associate
Foreclosure Defense Litigation Attorney to handle foreclosure and other state
and federal consumer related litigation. This is an excellent career opportunity to

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Preparation, review, and approval of motions and pleadings
 Handle all aspects of litigation including filing pleadings, discovery, and
motions.
 Attendance at motion calendar hearings, mediations, conciliation
conferences, depositions, and non-jury trials.
 Work with paralegal to provide clients with updates.
Qualifications:
 Juris Doctorate -Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.

 Have excellent organizational skills, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
 Ability to multitask & prioritize tasks.
 Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills & effectively
communicate with clients.
 Provide exceptional customer service.
 Must be a team player and willing to help others in their department
whenever necessary.
 Must be technologically savvy, very comfortable using process
management systems, fully and effectively utilize available technology
and automation.
