Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and prepare discovery

  • Meet with clients to prepare discovery responses

  • Take depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts

  • Motion practice

  • Analyze facts of case and propose strategy

  • Report to clients and comply with all relevant guidelines

  • Research

  • Prepare for and attend hearings, arbitrations, and trials

  • Prepare for and attend mediations

Requirements:
3-5 years experience
Experience in first party property cases
