Alpharetta, Georgia law firm is seeking an attorney for the insurance defense section of the firm. Ideal candidate would be a Workers compensation associate able to handle all aspects of non-litigated and litigated claims in a high volume practice, including depositions, mediations, conference calls, drafting of motions, objections and briefs and full, evidentiary hearings. Candidates should be licensed in GA (a definite plus to be licensed in NC as well). Candidates should have 0-3 years of experience. Salary for candidates just starting out of school and with no prior experience starts at $65K. Salary for an Associate with 1 to 3 years will be negotiable and dependent on experience. Performance reviews will be more frequent than annually and salary may be increased after each review with excellent job performance.
