Position Overview:
We are seeking an Assurance Senior Associate who will play a key role in audit engagements while developing industry expertise and providing trusted advisory support to clients. What You Will Do:
● Serve as a trusted member of the engagement team delivering assurance and consulting services.
● Proactively communicate with clients throughout the year to obtain information and address questions.
● Plan and supervise the execution of audit engagement activities.
● Perform and review substantive testing on balance sheets and income statements.
● Conduct and review internal control testing and provide actionable recommendations.
● Participate in discussions with Managers and Partners regarding business insights and recommendations.
● Learn through coaching, mentoring, and structured firm-wide development programs.
● Build strong internal and external relationships using your entrepreneurial mindset.
● Support team development in alignment with the firm’s coaching philosophy.
● Participate in team-building activities that promote work-life balance.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent coursework required for CPA exam eligibility.
● CPA preferred or actively pursuing CPA completion.
● Two or more years of audit experience in public accounting.
● Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
● Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
● Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.
