Scope:

• This leader has accountability and oversight, and supervises the daily activities of the Pre-Arrival Services department. In this role, the
  leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring successful completion of individual and teamwork tasks,
  projects, and responsibilities in support of departmental and organizational goals.
• Manage staff of 3-5 Supervisor and 20-25 Indirect Staff
• Must have 3 years plus experience in scheduling,registration and medical necessity and billing
• Must be knowledgeable of International Classification of Disease ICD-10 & CPT
• Knowledge of Medicare National Coverage Determination and Local Coverage Determination Protocals for Medical Necissity/ABN
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership skills and ability to deal with difficult situations
• Work independently and good decision making skills
• Must have good customer service skills
