We have an opportunity for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional to join a collaborative, growth-minded wealth management team.


This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their experience in financial advisory services with a clear path toward becoming a Wealth Manager - no sales required. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare timely and accurate client meeting materials and financial reports
  • Join client meetings to provide documentation support and manage follow-up tasks
  • Respond to client inquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and care
  • Assist in portfolio reviews and ensure alignment with long-term client goals
  • Collaborate across planning, investment, and tax teams to deliver integrated service
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Coordinate the implementation of financial recommendations and track completion
  • Manage meeting prep, pre-call planning, and post-meeting follow-up communications
  • Support firm-hosted client events with attendance and follow-through

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services or advisory support
  • Series 65 or equivalent (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
  • Progress toward CFP designation preferred
  • Strong understanding of investment and financial planning principles
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable in team-based environments with cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficient in CRM systems and financial software tools
