Our Ideal Candidate 🔍

We are looking for someone who has a passion for learning, is client-focused, and is ready to take the next step in their career. This includes:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited program is required.
Active or eligible for licensure in California
Someone who thrives in a collaborative, community-focused practice.
Open to new graduates with a strong work ethic (agriculture background is a plus!).
Comfortable with a variety of species, or eager to learn beyond traditional small animals.
Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage a variety of cases.

Your Role and Impact 🩺

As part of our dedicated team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the standard of care we provide. This includes:
Working alongside experienced veterinarians and dedicated Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs) in a well-equipped environment, ensuring top-tier medical support and advanced diagnostics.
Offering clear communication with clients, educating them on the best practices for long-term health, preventive care, and nutritional needs.
Performing wellness exams and routine surgeries with a skilled team that prioritizes patients' health and comfort.
Diagnosing, treating , and managing a wide range of small animal and exotic cases, ensuring each patient receives comprehensive and compassionate care
Contributing to a positive and collaborative work atmosphere where both you and your clients can feel confident in the care provided.
