- Deliver administrative support(remote or on-site) to newly recruited experienced Advisors to Company Nesbitt Burns. - You will specialize in the areas of documentation, client account opening & account transfer processes. - Collaborate with branch leadership and internal business partners to resolve issues efficiently and effectively in accordance with Bank and industry standards. - Act as a subject matter expert to the team. - Support new initiatives including technology or process changes. - Recommend and provide process improvements that increase productivity and create capacity. - Act as a point of escalation for more junior staff, where applicable. - Must have the ability & willingness to travel within Canada(coast-to-coast) 100% of the work week for up to 2-4 weeks at a time.
