About Our Client
Our client, an international creative agency, is looking to hire an Associate Director, Paid Social to join their team.

The Associate Director, Paid Social will perform a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:

  • Create paid social strategies for clients and ensure alignment of team with strategy and process to achieve objectives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client business, objectives, and competitive landscape
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key paid social partners including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snap and LinkedIn
  • Establish strong client relationships with C-level leaders
  • Develop, maintain and share knowledge across team and agency to scale social efforts
  • Manage development and growth of team and direct reports
  • Define new initiatives and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with other teams including paid search, programmatic and planning
  • Assist with business development when required
  • Demonstrate leadership through action and by example


The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

  • 6+ years in a media agency, with a focus on Paid Social strategy and campaigns
  • At least 2 years working directly with Paid Social
  • Experience managing large scale Paid Social Campaigns, inclusive of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, Pinterest, TikTok and more
  • Experience with brand awareness and e-commerce campaigns
  • Experience identifying and adopting new paid social opportunities
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external partners, clients, peers, partner agencies and vendors
  • Strong understanding of all Paid Social developments and technologies
  • Strong managerial experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to speak with confidence to senior audiences
  • Ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problems in a client-centric environment
